Hello, When it comes to your freebies and rewards not working, we need to know where and when it happens to provide a fix. Nice idea, but interface needs to be improved. It would also be helpful to have expiration dates for promotions and coupons in the app. This app also times out a lot when scrolling or clicking on deals or different sections of the app. When filling out the “feedback” form in the app, users receive a response to call a 1800 for assistance, something I’m don’t have time to do. Also, when using the Click and Collect area of the app, using the back arrow while browsing in the app takes you all the way back to the very beginning of the Click and Collect page. There’s a promotion under the Deals for $2 off any Click and Collect order, however when I attempt to use the promotion, it’s not applied to the cart.
